We're seeking an ambitious and detail-driven candidate to join our team as a Customer Support Intern.

As a key member of our support team, you will play a pivotal role in managing candidate communications, verifying documentation, and ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy.

About the Role:
  • You'll be responsible for addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat.
  • Reviewing candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, communicating clearly if additional information is required.
  • Educating candidates on the documentation process, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand the requirements.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the overall experience.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
