The company seeks an exceptional Java developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in object-oriented design, with expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing scalable and efficient software applications using Java 8 and above. They will also be expected to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring a seamless user experience.

A key aspect of the role is the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features, improvements, and bug fixes. The successful candidate will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

The job requires proficiency in Java, including object-oriented design principles, with a focus on performance optimization and scalability. Experience with Spring Cloud and Spring Security is also essential for building cloud-native applications.

Additionally, the successful candidate should have knowledge of database technologies, including relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch). Experience with caching solutions like Redis/Memcached and messaging queues like Kafka/RabbitMQ is also desirable.

Unit testing and test-driven development skills are necessary for writing automated unit and integration tests. Version control experience with Git is also required, including branching strategies, pull requests, and merge conflicts resolution.

Monitoring and logging skills are necessary for using tools like ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk for monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting. Agile/Scrum experience is also essential for working in an agile environment, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Knowledge of security best practices, OAuth, JWT, and SSL/TLS is required for data protection and authentication. Optional certifications, such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Java SE or Spring Professional Certification, are preferable but not mandatory.
