Project Management Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage projects within our company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in German.

  • Lead project planning sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate staff and internal resources to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff to inform strategic decisions.
  • Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary, driving business growth and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
  • 8-11 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Proficiency in German language.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience in managing medium to large projects, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management software tools, including Asana, Trello, and MS Project.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
