Biology Trainer Position

We are seeking experienced professionals with a deep understanding of biology to fill the role of LLM Trainers. This position is ideal for individuals who have a strong foundation in biology and are skilled in working with large language models or AI tools.

The project involves the following key aspects:

  • Job Title: LLM Trainer (PhD in Biology)
  • Location: Remote, India
  • Schedule: Flexible; approximately 4-5 hours per day

This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of biology, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Requirements:

  • Native fluency in English and another native Indian language
  • At least 5 years of residence in India
  • Able to follow directions and provide feedback in English if required
  • Able to comply with project conventions and rules noted by the client in English
  • Commitment to a minimum of 4-5 hours of work per day (as data volumes allow)
  • Broad cultural literacy and media awareness across generations and demographics

Key Responsibilities:

  • To collaborate with the remote team to ensure seamless workflow and delivery of results
