Essential Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in business analysis or operations, preferably in fast-paced or growth-oriented organisations
  • Proven success in driving process improvements and business performance through data-backed recommendations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and influence across departments
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with multiple business functions and aligning them on shared goals
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with SQL or similar tools (BI/dashboarding knowledge is a plus, but not a primary focus)
  • Highly adaptable, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in parallel
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives
