Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional who thrives on building and optimizing APIs that power complex platforms. This role requires someone who can think outside the box, design elegant solutions, and push the limits of scalable backend engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, Build, and Maintain APIs: Create RESTful and GraphQL APIs used across eCommerce and automation platforms.
  • Architect and Optimize Microservices: Plan and implement microservices for performance, resilience, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with front-end, AI, and infrastructure teams to integrate services seamlessly.
  • Ensure API Security: Make sure APIs are secure, well-documented, and developer-friendly.
  • Debug and Improve APIs: Debug, monitor, and improve existing API endpoints to reduce latency and improve throughput.
  • Explore Innovative Solutions: Find creative ways to solve system bottlenecks, data flow, and third-party integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Proficiency in Node.js and Back-end JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Solid Experience Building and Scaling APIs (REST, GraphQL).
  • Familiarity with Databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORMs.
  • Understanding of Authentication/Autorization Protocols (OAuth, JWT).
  • Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and Event-Driven Design.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills and Ability to Think Creatively About System Design.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Related Field.
