Lead Infrastructure Specialist

This is a highly skilled and experienced IT professional who will lead the infrastructure team, providing technical expertise to customers across various product stacks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach the team technically, working closely with senior management.
  • Provide consultancy and solutions to customers, leveraging extensive knowledge of AWS Cloud, DevOps and pipeline using GitHub actions, and Python language.
  • Drive technical discussions and stand-ups for key deliverables, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
  • Identify toil and develop automated solutions with reduced effort, applying lean principles to optimize workflows.
  • Good at troubleshooting level 3 kind of issues for all listed technologies, with a strong focus on problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experienced in planning, coordinating, and applying patch/upgrade of FTP software's to latest/required level, ensuring system reliability and uptime.
  • Coordinate and perform OS & DB maintenance activities, adhering to industry best practices and security guidelines.
  • Certificate Management involving CSR generation, cert issuing, cert implementation and validation, with a keen eye for detail and precision.
  • Work on service requests & user fulfilment related to provisioning, deployments, assistance, etc., ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Be able to provide on-call support for priority issues, demonstrating exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
  • Understanding of vulnerabilities and how to fix them as per security guidelines, maintaining a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Able to perform Disaster Recovery, showcasing expertise in backup and restore processes.
  • Know audit requirements and how to coordinate & fulfill them, with a solid understanding of regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Must-have skills: AWS experience, MFT tools or GoAnywhere experience, and proficiency in Python language.
  • Mandatory technologies: Managed File Transfer (MFT) using GoAnywhere and AWS.
