Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure timely and successful transactions downstream and upstream.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Knowledge: The capacity to develop and retain knowledge of manufacturer requirements in order processing.
  • Policies and Processes: Exhibit an understanding of policies and processes, exercising judgement and flexibility in their implementation.
  • Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all transactions, communicating key customer purchase terms and conditions.
  • Sales Order Management: Reconcile sales order submissions and produce valid system orders, maintaining database integrity in all transactions.
  • Financial Data and Product Knowledge: Possess passion for numbers and financial data, extensive product knowledge, and systems knowledge to ensure all reporting requirements can be met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • SAP Sales Distribution Domain: Strong SAP Sales Distribution domain in Order management.
  • Functional Skill Set: Good functional skill set in Sales, procurement from Product based organization is a plus.
  • SAP Experience: Candidate should have experience in creation / amendment of sales orders reiteration of components in the order and exception management of such orders upon request from customers.
  • Spreadsheets and Coordination: Proficient in working with spreadsheets, co-coordinating with internal customer on timely basis and meeting their additional requirements.
  • Purchasing Department and Warehouse Teams: Internal coordination with Purchases Department & Warehouse teams for smooth execution of orders.
Additional Requirements:
  • RMA Orders: An understanding and responsibility to ensure accurate intake, approval, and processing of RMA orders.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in the process improvement of activities related to this position, including ideas on implementation of SLA and fixing TAT for each task to be completed accordingly.
  • Backup Position: Act as backup for other positions as needed and assigned by management.
