Job Description

Key Objectives:
  • Executing tasks and adhering to protocols: Execute one-off or regularly paced tasks while following standardized procedures and practices to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Supporting geographic areas: Provide scaled support for geographic regions and assist in prioritizing tasks and communicating with teams.
  • Solving problems: Utilize existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems, create processes for scalable work, and oversee the completion of those tasks and processes.
  • Maintaining databases and calendars: Maintain databases and calendars - internal files organization, dot com profiles, properties.
  • Tracking and list management: Track and manage lists through all field activities - internal team lists, client and prospecting lists for stakeholders, lists for campaign activities though our different tools and platforms.
  • Researching external opportunities: Track and research external awards, sponsorships or opportunities for Field to activate and promote the brand, stakeholders, or business lines.
  • Monitoring and reporting findings: Research, monitor, and report findings of our platforms, activations, initiatives create competitive analysis, compare our own geos and provide insight and next steps.
  • Gathering data and tracking channels: Gather data, analyze and track channels and tasks.
  • Project managing tasks: Project manage tasks either for themselves or in coordination with other teams throughout marketing.
  • Communicating with stakeholders: Follow-up and communicate with stakeholders, marketers, and other function partners for on-going projects and tasks.

As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will be supporting Field Marketing leads with the geo's work. You'll participate in leadership calls, troubleshoot issues, and help streamline processes. If you are interested in this role, please ensure you have:

  • 5-7 years of experience: 5-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, Event Agencies, or a relevant field.
