Export Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Export Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in international trade and have excellent communication skills.

About the Job

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in export procedures, ERP systems, and freight forwarding.
  • The role involves coordinating shipments with sales teams, preparing pre- and post-export documents, and negotiating freight rates.
  • This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sales team to plan shipments based on customer requirements
  • Prepare pre- and post-export documents
  • Co-ordinate with manufacturing sites for movement of shipments
  • Negotiate freight rates with freight forwarders
  • Ensure smooth sailing of shipments through co-ordination with freight forwarders, transporters, and custom brokers
  • Handle customer queries and audit-related queries
  • Manage both LCL and FCL shipments
  • Prepare documents under Letter of Credit and LC Clause
  • Work proficiently on ERP system – TCS ION/SAP HANA
  • Liaise with shipping companies and Custom Broker's
  • Prepare MIS reports and check/close IDPMS and EDPMS open transactions

Requirements

  • Graduate in any field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in export coordination Executive level
  • Good communication skills
