We are seeking a skilled Technical Author to join our team at Capgemini Engineering.

Job Description
  • Create and revise Service Bulletins (SBs) in accordance with SBO requirements.
  • Analyze configurations as per Airbus SB standards to identify pre- and post-drawings, ensuring compliance with the new RSE process.
  • Understand and apply Airbus standards for S1000D, iSpec 2200, and ASD STE – 100.
  • Conduct thorough technical analysis of criteria and related data sources.
  • Be familiar with SAP PCS and authoring tools in SAMM DACAS, TAKSY, GIDOCA, GYPSY, Airn@V, ZAMIZ, PASS SSCI, and APS.
  • Have knowledge of cold working SBs.
  • Carry out precise sequence of the Authoring process described in the Quality Plan.
  • Estimate timelines and make realistic commitments with project leaders.
  • Participate actively in customer communication for any queries.
  • Analyze, mock up, and author in Arbor text or Epic editor for SBs.
  • Maintain quality (RFT) and KPIs for assigned tasks.
  • Manage workload effectively and ensure on-time deliveries (OTD) and quality.
  • Be familiar with workflow processes like quality checks, INC, and DCR.
  • Understand root cause analysis methods such as 5 Why and 8D (NCR).

Qualifications:

  • B.E / B. Tech in Aeronautics
  • B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with aeronautical engineering industry exposure
  • AME with Airline experience and SB authoring experience
