About This RoleWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our Business Development department.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone with experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong alliances with clients and partners, and managing the complete business development process.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities
- Build and maintain alliances with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft effective pitches and proposals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and opportunities
- Manage the complete business development process—from lead generation to closure
- Strengthen long-term client relationships to ensure growth and retention
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Alliances, or Partnerships (preferably in advertising, marketing, or digital industries)
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and target-focused
- Ability to think strategically while also executing with attention to detail
- Works well in a collaborative environment and takes ownership of results
