About the Role:

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record in systematic/algorithmic trading with verifiable results demonstrating your expertise.
  • Quantitative Finance: A deep understanding of quantitative finance, statistical modeling, and risk management principles.
  • Market Microstructure: Experience with market microstructure, execution algorithms, and latency optimization to ensure seamless trade execution.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or related field.
  • Professional Experience: Professional experience at hedge funds, prop trading firms, or investment banks preferred but not required.
