Job Title: Quantitative Researcher

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematical and statistical analysis, with experience in developing and deploying automated systematic strategies.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Developing and back-testing complex trading algorithms using high-frequency data
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance research initiatives and explore new opportunities for quantitative research and trading
  • Providing exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and success

Requirements include:

  • Deep experience in high-frequency trading (HFT) with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Strong mathematical and statistical aptitude, with expertise in programming languages such as C++, C, Python, R, or Matlab
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company is committed to providing a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy automated systematic strategies with short holding periods and high turnover

• Back-test strategies rigorously

• Advance existing research initiatives and explore new avenues for quantitative research and trading

Requirements:

• Deep experience in HF/UHF Trading

• Live HF Trading experience for at least 2 years.

• PnL Track record with excellent sharpe ratios.

• Strong mathematical and statistical aptitude

• Programming experience in C++ or C

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exposure to high-frequency trading or startup environments is advantageous.

• Proficiency in using Python, R, or Matlab for statistical/data analysis of HFT tick data

• Possess a degree in a highly analytical field, such as Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science
