Job Title: Senior Equity Research Associate

As a highly skilled Senior Equity Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving investment decisions through in-depth financial modeling and research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models with scenario analysis to inform investment strategies.
  • Conduct DCF, relative, SOTP, and other relevant valuation methods to provide comprehensive insights.
  • Screen large datasets to identify investment ideas and collaborate with portfolio managers to enhance decision-making.
  • Engage in discussions with portfolio managers to present investment ideas and stock updates.
  • Prepare earnings reviews, previews, attend conference calls, and management meetings to stay informed.
  • Create pitch notes/presentations, industry, and thematic notes to facilitate communication.
  • Analyze news and trends to provide valuable insights.
  • Handle ad hoc research requests to support the team's needs.
Key Competencies:
  • Excellent financial modeling and research report-writing/presentation making skills.
  • Able to think critically and analyze drivers and KPIs across various sectors.
  • Strong client relationship management skills and effective communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows with tight deadlines.
  • Numerical abilities and proficiency in building complex models.
  • Providing insightful valuation views after conducting thorough research.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in equity research.
  • Graduation + CFA L3 cleared or MBA in Finance.
  • Sectors experience in healthcare, industrial, TMT, and auto is highly advantageous.
