Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent
  • Partner with hiring managers and headhunting teams to build effective recruitment campaigns
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, internet searches, networking, and proactive referral generation techniques to find and engage top candidates
  • Manage social media channels to drive engagement and attract talented individuals worldwide
  • Develop and execute content-driven messages, manage paid social media and job advertisements, and organize online events and assessment centers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment tools and technologies to drive efficiencies and build communities/talent pools of top talent
  • Pre-screen potential candidates and partner with our headhunting team, HR, and hiring managers to drive successful hiring campaigns to a close

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment or a related field
  • Strong understanding of IT talent acquisition and recruitment strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (desired)
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
  • Remarkable organizational skills and drive to improve efficiency
  • Strong teamwork and ability to welcome differences when working alongside others
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail
  • High personal integrity and friendly approachable demeanor
