Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior team members to implement customer solutions and program enhancements.
  • Participate in the implementation design, setup, and review processes.
  • Identify improvements to our feedback products and processes.
  • Analyze client software knowledge for testing customized software solutions.
  • Bulk large sets of data for analysis and provide quality assurance support when delivering features to clients.
  • Work with client teams to resolve technical/system related inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Application (BSc IT, MSc IT, BCA, MCA, B.Tech Computer Engineering, B.Tech Computer Science etc.).
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML. GUI would be an added advantage.
  • 1-3 years of Experience in management consulting, IT consulting, market research, and/or enterprise software client.

About This Role:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in implementing customer solutions and enhancing our programs.

As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior team members, participate in implementation design, setup, and review processes, identify improvements to our feedback products and processes, analyze client software knowledge, bulk large sets of data for analysis, and provide quality assurance support when delivering features to clients.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills, as well as a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Application or related field. They will also have experience in management consulting, IT consulting, market research, and/or enterprise software client.
