Job Summary

Drive the development and execution of innovative creative strategies across various client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and oversee the execution of creative strategies for client campaigns, encompassing photoshoots, videos, social media content, and brand creatives.
  • Provide art direction for shoots, from pre-production mood boards to final execution, ensuring seamless integration with client goals.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of cohesive social media grids, aligning with premium brand identities for each client.
  • Develop and present creative pitches and strategies to clients, effectively communicating campaign objectives and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time, adhering to agency standards and best practices.
  • Mentor junior designers/creatives in maintaining agency quality standards and promoting consistent brand storytelling across platforms.
  • Balance creative innovation with data-driven insights to drive maximum client impact and success.

Requirements and Qualifications:
