Business Financial Expertise

The Business Financial Expert is accountable for creating and presenting financial reports to stakeholders on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This role ensures that all financial data is accurate and timely while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present detailed financial reports to relevant parties
  • Ensure that all financial statements and reports are accurate and up-to-date
  • Maintain adherence to accounting standards and company regulations
  • Monitor and control plant expenditures to optimize cost efficiency
  • Analyze cost structures to identify areas of potential reduction
  • Implement cost-saving measures and track performance against budget targets
  • Manage material procurement processes
  • Review production orders and prepare variance reports as necessary
  • Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions when required
  • Oversee plant audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Hold ICWA or CMA certification
  • Possess at least 5 years of experience in business finance and accounting
  • Excellent data handling and process management skills
  • Proven team leadership experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Detailed-oriented and analytical mindset
