Graphic Designer Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to create visually appealing graphics for various digital and print mediums. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, and Adobe InDesign. Additional proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is considered an added advantage.

This role involves creating original designs that meet our brand standards across all platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end design projects independently, from concept to delivery. Key Responsibilities:
  • Branding & Identity: Develop logos, brand guidelines, stationery, packaging, and pitch decks that reflect our brand image.
  • Social Media & Digital: Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (posts, carousels, reels covers, banners, story templates) that resonates with our audience.
  • Marketing Collaterals: Design brochures, catalogues, event creatives, presentations, and advertisements that capture the essence of our brand.
  • Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Produce basic animations, reels, GIFs, explainer videos, and transitions that enhance our visual identity.
  • Web & UI/UX Support: Develop website banners, layouts, landing pages, emailers, and microsites that align with our brand strategy.
  • Photography/Editing Support: Provide retouching, compositing, visual mockups, and 3D mockups that elevate our brand image.
  • Conceptualization: Translate briefs into creative concepts aligned with our brand strategy.
  • Consistency & Innovation: Ensure all design output meets our brand standards, is high-quality, and creatively sharp.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency background preferred).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with Figma / Canva / CorelDraw is considered an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation basics.
  • Excellent sense of typography, color theory, layouts, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and accountable, with excellent communication skills.
