Supply Chain Manager

This position plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategy within a designated geographical area. The role is accountable for adhering to financial and operational targets set by global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Export Shipment Management for ocean Full Container Load (FCL) and Air mode shipments.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of Export shipments, from container planning to customs clearance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA), shipping lines, and freight forwarders for accurate and compliant shipping documentation.
  • Monitor shipment milestones and proactively address delays or issues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for optimal routing and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with procurement, planning, finance, and other internal departments to align on shipping timelines and documentation needs.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to stakeholders as per schedule.
  • Train and support junior team members as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
  • Minimum 9 years of work experience in operational roles within the Logistics industry with a strong understanding of international supply chains.
