Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to drive growth and foster strong relationships between our brand and audience. As the bridge between our brand and community, you will leverage your expertise to build trust, encourage engagement, and create a loyal following.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain open lines of communication with prospective and existing attendees, fostering genuine connections and encouraging repeat interactions.
  • Monitor leads and follow up promptly via email and calls to maximize conversions, ensuring a seamless experience for every guest.
Content Creation & Brand Support:
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop engaging stories, posts, and updates that showcase our brand's personality and values.
  • Share behind-the-scenes content, customer testimonials, and event highlights across social channels to captivate our audience and build brand loyalty.
Data Analysis & Insights:
  • Track and report key community metrics, including attendance, engagement rates, repeat interaction patterns, and customer satisfaction scores to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify common themes, unmet needs, and improvement opportunities, presenting actionable recommendations for future growth strategies.
