The ideal candidate will have experience in change management, specifically in implementing and managing organizational changes. A successful Organizational Change Management (OCM) Professional will leverage established change management methodologies and tools to execute strategic plans and support implementation, execution, and adoption of new ways of working.

We are seeking a seasoned professional who can design and deliver effective change management strategies, approaches, and plans in conjunction with project and client teams for transformation programs. The role involves working closely with senior leadership to create alignment to support program success.

An OCM Professional at YASH Technologies will be responsible for designing and developing holistic change management strategies that articulate how change will be managed throughout the project lifecycle. This includes identifying and deploying communication and stakeholder engagement tools and techniques, as well as delivering programs that support agile/iterative transformation.

The key responsibilities include conducting stakeholder assessments, readiness assessments, impact assessments, communication design and execution, training plan design, and facilitation. Additionally, the OCM Professional will design and deliver material utilizing various channels of communications to drive awareness, education, and engagement across the organization.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
