Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified Human Resource Executive with 1-3 years of experience in HR to join our team in Mohali, Punjab, India. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, training, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management: Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates to fill various positions within the company.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with management.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is ₹8.50 lakh per annum (approximate USD equivalent: $110,000). Additional benefits include medical insurance, retirement plan contributions, and paid time off, all while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
