Lead Data Science Professional

We are seeking a seasoned data scientist to spearhead our data science initiative, driving business value through strategic data insights.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, statistical acumen, and experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks. They should also be able to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced statistical techniques, algorithms, and models to deliver scalable solutions addressing cross-industry business challenges.
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve data models, tools, and capabilities.
  • Communicate findings through compelling visualizations.
  • Collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Provide innovative solutions for tasks such as object detection, natural language processing, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, concept extraction, recommender systems, text classification, clustering, customer segmentation and targeting, propensity modeling, churn modeling, lifetime value estimation, forecasting, and marketing mix optimization.
  • Build, train, and lead a team of data scientists.
  • Foster an agile methodology for delivering project milestones.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills.
  • Experience applying statistical methods to datasets to answer business problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. degree in Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related technical fields.
  • At least 6 years of experience, with minimum 3 years in a related position, preferably as a data scientist or business analyst.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
  • Programming background and expertise in building models using languages such as Python, R, C, or C++.
  • Strong individual planning and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to deliver results on-time.
