Job Summary:

The Branch Relationship Officer role plays a crucial part in the successful operation of our branches.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Distribute loans and disbursements efficiently, meeting or exceeding productivity standards to drive business growth.
  • Manage Working Interest Reimbursement Ratio (WIRR) and Profitability Factor (PF) effectively to maintain profitability.
  • Monitor portfolio quality, adhering to threshold limits for Early Default cases to minimize risks.
  • Ensure adherence to the Priority Sector Demand Deposit (PDD) collection plan to optimize revenue streams.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, driving personal and business success.
