Key Ruby on Rails Position

We are seeking a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to contribute to the development of robust, scalable, and maintainable software applications using the Ruby on Rails framework.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js (v18+), including state management, component architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API design and development; experience with GraphQL is beneficial.
  • Experience with modern frontend build tools: Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and package management.
  • Strong understanding of database design and optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with version control using Git and collaboration platforms.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with testing frameworks: RSpec, Minitest (backend), Jest, Cypress (frontend).
  • Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment practices.
