Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to spearhead our Performance Marketing efforts across digital channels.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Design and optimize full-funnel digital marketing campaigns for maximum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and minimal Cost per Acquisition (CPA).
  • Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to enhance ad performance and landing page conversion.
  • Implement A/B tests to continually improve targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics such as ROAS, Click-through Rate (CTR), Cost per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Drive the optimization of multi-channel marketing initiatives for maximum efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Blueprint, or similar are highly valued.
  • 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital-first product or fintech environment.
  • Proven success in scaling paid media campaigns profitably.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
