Lead Technical Implementation

We seek a skilled professional to spearhead the implementation of complex solutions in Workfront.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute plans for implementing complex solutions in Workfront, collaborating with peers to deliver clear requirements for business leaders and non-technical marketers.
  • Maintain knowledge of data solution requirements, mapping out complex data structures and defining system needs.
  • Serve as the enterprise system administrator for Workfront, overseeing setup and configuration.
  • Implement Workfront processes across the organization, ensuring adoption among teams through partnerships and training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy Workfront solutions for large programs, integrating with external platforms as needed.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for workflow improvement, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
  • Demonstrate expertise in relational databases/SQL, leveraging technical skills to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze and migrate data from previous tools and systems, ensuring seamless transition.
  • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, applying them in fast-paced environments.
  • Leverage experience implementing solutions in SaaS-based environments to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8-11 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Workfront and its implementation is essential.
  • Strong understanding of data migration and integration principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a hybrid environment.
