  • The selected individual will play a vital part in mentoring and guiding junior staff, promoting their career development, training, and professional growth.
  • Evaluation of performance and regular feedback are essential aspects of this role, ensuring that Tax staff meet expectations and contribute to the success of our team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, accounting, or finance;
  • Chartered Accountant/Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/Enrolled Agent (EA) certification required;
  • Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in public accounting working on US tax business and individual returns;
  • High level of people and project management skills;
  • Successful problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Proficient in the use of computers, accounting software, and tax software programs;
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to train and supervise staff in tax, software skills, etc.
