US Individual Tax Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the role of Team Lead for US Individual Tax.
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Associate accountants in preparing and reviewing tax returns for clients. You will supervise Associate accountants, manage numerous client accounts, and handle communication from clients and tax authorities.
You will also have the opportunity to work on complex individual tax preparation and review, international taxation, tax research, transfer pricing, and various tax treaties.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in US taxation, including knowledge of CCH or UltraTax, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also be comfortable with all shifts and have good English communication skills - verbal and written.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Associate accountants in preparing and reviewing tax returns
- Manage numerous client accounts
- Supervise Associate accountants
- Handle communication from clients and tax authorities
- Prepare and submit tax returns for clients
- Strong technical skills in US taxation
