About the Role

As a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 System Analyst, you will play a critical role in our organization's success by providing expert-level analysis and technical guidance on the implementation and optimization of finance and project accounting modules.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with requirements, design gaps, configuration, data migration, integration, UAT, and training activities for Dynamics AX or D365 F&O. Additionally, they should be well-versed in localizations around VAT, fixed assets, and statutory reporting, as well as experienced in migrating data from legacy systems into D365/AX.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement interfaces to other business applications, provide business analysis and recommend best course of action focusing on business process first, technology second. The selected candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting within AX/D365 application and assisting in applying system solutions to business problems through the design and programming of D365/AX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution: Execute all major ERP projects including requirements gathering, design gaps identification, configuration, data migration, integration, UAT, and training activities.
  • Dynamics 365 Expertise: Be our go-to expert around finance, project accounting, Time & Expense modules, and identify opportunities to optimize business processes.
  • System Improvements: Provide business analysis and recommend best course of action focusing on business process first, technology second.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Have expert accounting knowledge and ideally well-versed with banking automations such as payments, bank reconciliations, and lockboxes.
  • Solution Design: Design configurable solutions wherever possible instead of customizations.
  • FDD Review: Write and review FDDs created by other ERP analysts in light of overall global design.
