Job Description:

At our agency, we're seeking a visionary Creative Director to spearhead our storytelling efforts. This is an unparalleled opportunity to craft compelling narratives that resonate with audiences and drive business results.

As the leader of our copy team, you'll oversee the development and execution of creative strategies that align with our brand vision and goals. You'll work closely with designers, marketing, product, and sales teams to develop innovative content and experiences that captivate and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing big ideas, managing budgets and timelines, and providing mentorship to junior creatives. If you have a proven track record of inspiring and leading high-performing teams, we want to hear from you.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team
  • Strong expertise in storytelling and campaign development
  • Proven ability to inspire and manage a team of creatives
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to convey ideas effectively
  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and KPIs
