At the forefront of visual innovation, we seek a highly skilled Graphic Designer to spearhead our communications and program teams.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating captivating visual content that promotes sustainable urban mobility and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visual Storytelling & Branding

• Develop compelling visual concepts and designs for all print and digital media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

• Create engaging infographics, presentations, and other visual assets that communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

  • Campaign & Event Collateral

• Design materials for large-scale public campaigns and events, including posters, banners, social media graphics, and event signage.

• Collaborate with the team to create impactful visuals for public awareness campaigns aimed at diverse audiences, including children, youth, and vulnerable road users.

  • Content & Narrative Development

• Transform research data and reports into visually engaging and easy-to-understand infographics and charts.

• Support the creation of dynamic visual narratives for success stories, case studies, and public-facing reports.

  • Digital Presence & Engagement

• Create dynamic content for social media platforms (static images, short animations, GIFs) to drive engagement and amplify key messages.

• Assist in maintaining and updating the organization's website with new visual content.

  • Photography & Videography Services

• Help capture and edit photos and videos from events and projects to build a rich visual library.

• Work with external photographers and videographers as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on social impact or urban development.
  • Proven experience in creating successful visual campaigns for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
• Familiarity with urban mobility, road safety, or public health campaigns.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a range of creative and impactful design work.
