This role involves partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements, developing sourcing strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and hands-on experience with modern recruitment tools and techniques.- Support the Recruitment Manager in planning and executing in-house recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles from job posting, screening, and interviewing to final selection and on boarding coordination.- Maintain a strong understanding of company culture and departmental needs to ensure best-fit hires.- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.- Maintain a talent pool for recurring and critical positions to reduce time-to-hire.- Build relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.- Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and candidate profiles- Post-Offer engagement & pre-joining formalities- Maintain DatabaseIf looking job, please share your updated resume on neeta.kheratkar@aarviencon.com / 9326187273
