Job Description The Sr. Recruitment Executive / Assistant Recruitment Manager will support the full-cycle recruitment process for internal hiring needs across departments. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements, developing sourcing strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and hands-on experience with modern recruitment tools and techniques. - Support the Recruitment Manager in planning and executing in-house recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles from job posting, screening, and interviewing to final selection and on boarding coordination. - Maintain a strong understanding of company culture and departmental needs to ensure best-fit hires. - Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. - Maintain a talent pool for recurring and critical positions to reduce time-to-hire. - Build relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs. - Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and candidate profiles - Post-Offer engagement & pre-joining formalities - Maintain Database If looking job, please share your updated resume on neeta.kheratkar@aarviencon.com / 9326187273
