Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, including complex photo manipulation, compositing, and retouching, are essential for this role.Responsibilities:Generate realistic and eye-catching thumbnails using Photoshop and photo manipulation skills.Find and generate accurate assets for thumbnails using thorough search or AI image generation tools.Create variants and A/B test to understand which thumbnail style creates the highest impact.Take full ownership of the Click-Through Rate (CTR) for our YouTube channels, with a clear goal of improving it.Research and stay constantly updated with new design/thumbnail trends and competitor strategies on YouTube.Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery of all thumbnails.Requirements:Proven portfolio demonstrating high-impact, click-worthy YouTube thumbnails.Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, including complex photo manipulation, compositing, and retouching.A strong foundation in design principles, color theory, visual hierarchy, and typography.Experience in generating accurate assets or images using AI tools like Midjourney.Deep understanding of viewer psychology, YouTube trends, and what makes a person click.Strong analytical skills with a focus on YouTube analytics, specifically CTR (Click-Through Rate).Benefits:We offer a competitive salary and performance-based bonuses to reward excellence.
