Job Title: Motion Design and Post-Production DirectorAbout the Role: We are seeking an accomplished Motion Design and Post-Production Director to shape and elevate the craft of motion design, CGI, and post-production within a global creative production hub. This role combines creative craftsmanship with technical leadership, ensuring high-end delivery across motion graphics, special effects (SFX), visual effects (VFX), CGI, compositing, animation, color grading, and finishing.This is a unique opportunity to lead a multi-disciplinary team of artists, animators, and editors who bring static campaigns to life — turning creative ideas into cinematic brand experiences for global clients across retail, digital, and life sciences.The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in motion graphics, post-production, VFX, and CGI, preferably within large advertising, film, or creative-production environments. They will be hands-on in motion graphics, VFX, CGI, and color workflows using industry-standard tools.Main Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end motion and post-production pipeline, from storyboard to final delivery.Drive excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.Ensure the highest visual fidelity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across deliverables.Skill Requirements:Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, lighting, camera, and timing.Proven experience leading teams delivering broadcast, digital, and short-form video content at scale.Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for video enhancement, rotoscoping, and content generation.Experience collaborating with sound, music, and VO production to complete audiovisual packages.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in studio setup, pipeline design, and workflow automation for motion/VFX.Exposure to AR/VR, 3D visualization, or immersive content creation.Knowledge of scripting or plug-in integration for efficiency.Experience in color management workflows.Benefits: Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.Contact Information: Please note that company information has been removed from this job description.
