The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in managing interior projects. The role demands comprehensive project management skills to oversee every aspect from conception to completion.Qualifications and SkillsProject Management (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to manage and execute projects effectively from start to finish.Budgeting (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in managing project budgets and ensuring cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.Vendor Coordination (Mandatory skill): Experience in coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of materials and services.AutoCAD: Proficient use of AutoCAD software to design and draft detailed drawings.SketchUp: Skills in using SketchUp for 3D modeling to visualize project layouts and structures.Construction Safety Standards: Understanding and implementation of construction safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.Blueprint Reading: Ability to accurately read, interpret, and work with blueprints and specifications.Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.Roles and ResponsibilitiesSupervise and oversee interior design projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality and consistency throughout.Coordinate with client representatives and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.Engage with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with specifications.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Provide guidance and leadership to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.Prepare and present project status reports and updates to clients, ensuring clear and transparent communication.Implement project management best practices and seek continual improvement in project delivery processes.
