Accounting Expert Needed for US PropertyWe are seeking a highly skilled US Property Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in Sage Intacct and Yardi Voyager, particularly in managing accounting processes and ensuring financial accuracy for U.S.-based clients.The key responsibilities include:Serving as a key member of an advisory group, providing expert guidance and accounting solutions.Collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.Communicating directly with clients (primarily U.S.-based) to address queries, provide updates, and ensure smooth project execution.The ideal candidate should have:A minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in Sage Intacct and Yardi.Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients, with a deep understanding of US GAAP and its application to accounting processes.In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, including lease accounting (ASC 842), CAM reconciliation, and other US GAAP standards.The successful candidate will possess:Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with clients and internal teams.Excellent attention to detail with the ability to ensure data accuracy in all tasks.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes, software, and technologies.
