About the Role:  As Manager - Business Advisory, You will support our internal controls, governance, risk management and audit operations. This role is critical in ensuring that our processes align with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices while proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities. What you will doLead and perform risk analysis across business functions including Supply Chain, business, Marketing, Seller and customer experience, technology etcCreate efficiency in processes and ensure business impactsAssist in building and executing internal audit and ERM frameworkPartner with functional heads to maintain risk register and support mitigation plansMonitor emerging risks, especially in areas such as data privacy, cyber security, ESG and regulatory Compliance.Liaise with external auditors, legal and compliance, as neededParticipate & Drive standardization automation projects for process efficiency What you will need3 to 5 years Exp, Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate in FinanceStrong first principles thinking and business understandingStrong communication & Interpersonal skillsProactive takes initiative, self-motivated, team playerStrong collaboration, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills (For candidates with non similar industry experience, the number of years of experience may vary.)
