Prequate Advisory is seeking an ambitious, organized, and highly motivated business development professional to expand our clientele both in India (Metros). Your goal is to help drive sustainable financial growth by generating opportunities, designing solutions, managing sales process, and forging strong relationships with clients and partners. Relationship Management: - Lead the end-to-end process from prospecting to closure. - Foster partnerships with organizations that have strategic alignment. - Manage public relations to enhance brand visibility in target markets. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers. - Formal finance knowledge or education. - Identify and Develop solutions for projects based on broad problem statements at prospect organizations. Consultative Selling: - Develop solutions for projects based on broad problem statements at prospect organizations. - Promote the company's products/services by addressing or predicting client objectives. Growth Strategy - Formulate a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs. - Generate a lead pipeline using various methods, both online and offline. - Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. - Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to established guidelines. - Provide trustworthy feedback to the team and establish after-sales support. Requirements: Must Haves: - Highly presentable with the ability to build trust and rapport with CXOs. - Proven experience in business development or a relevant role, specifically selling to CXOs. - Exceptional lead generation skills for high-quality, high-intent leads. - Proven sales track record with hands-on experience in developing and refining sales processes. - Highly self-motivated and capable of working as an individual contributor. - Strong professional reputation. - High proficiency in English. - Extensive market knowledge. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Effective time management and planning skills. - Proficiency in setting up and managing CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Zoho). - Formal finance knowledge or education.
