What we are looking for

Role: Infra Lead

Experience Range: 7 – 11 Years

Location: Bangalore

Must Have:

  • Author automation solution for IT Operation Automation deals using market standard AIOps – Moogsoft (preferably) or ServiceNow ITOM \ BigPanda \ Splunk ITSI.
  • Implementation experience using Orchestration tools (Ex: Ansible, Service Now ITOM, MS- System Center)
  • Understanding and experience of the monitoring tools – New Relic, DevO
  • Develop & share reusable solution assets \ frameworks with rest of the solution team.
  • Review the ticket data and glean out automation use cases.
  • Understand customer environment, requirements and design the solutions for identified product features.
  • Compile an implementation roadmap for the customer in collaboration with implementation team
  • Solution build in the customer environment along with solution engineers
  • Liaise with the Account stakeholders for review and sign off
  • Showcase value Benefits


Good to Have:

  • Position & Defend TCS IT Ops Automation offerings with TCS internal stakeholders (Industry Vertical team, IT Operation Services Team).
  • Defend \ Support defense (including presentation and demo) of automation solution with customers
  • Collaborate with various offerings team with TCS to incorporate newer and up to date offerings & case studies in IT Operation Automation solution proposal.
  • Create & present POV on AIOPS, Chatbot & workplace automation solution
  • Technology Landscape - Ansible, Moogsoft, Python & New Relic


Essential:

•15 years of full-time education
