It raised its Series A investments from IvyCap Ventures and it has 150+ team members across Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai and Washington DC.About the role: As a core member of the leadership team, the Corporate Strategy Manager will help shape our company’s strategic direction and enable data-driven decision-making across all business functions. This role combines analytical depth, business judgment, and financial insight to drive growth, align organizational priorities, and deliver on investor expectations.In our fast-growing Series A startup environment, you’ll partner directly with founders, business unit heads, and investors on initiatives that influence our trajectory, from market expansion to product rollouts, cross-functional operations, and strategic partnershipsCore Responsibilities:Corporate Strategy and Planning: Evaluate business performance across revenue, expense, and profitability metrics to identify emerging issues and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with business unit heads to plan, execute, and track new strategic initiatives.Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews: consolidating KPIs, financial summaries, and growth insights for leadership discussions.Own the development and maintenance of the corporate business plan, including forecasting models and profitability analyses. Conduct competitive benchmarking, opportunity assessments, and scenario modeling for long-term planning. Work closely with finance and accounts to ensure alignment between operational and financial reportingStrategic Projects & PartnershipsAnchor strategic collaborations and business development efforts by preparing investment cases, partnership decks, and opportunity briefs. Support M&A or expansion assessments when applicable, coordinating data and analysis across stakeholders.Act as a strategic thought partner to leadership on organizational structure, process optimization, and business planning initiatives.Investor EngagementsAct as the single point of contact for all data requirements of investorsServe as the point of contact for all investor data and diligence requirements.Prepare investor updates, board reports, and pitch presentationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with investors by ensuring transparency, timely updates, and accurate performance reporting.Qualifications, Skills and Experience:CA/MBA with a Bachelors in Engineering/Maths/Commerce/Finance4-5 years of experience in management consulting, general management/P&L rolesSkilled in understanding of business operations, organizational structuresExcellent excel and presentation building skillsProficient in research and analytical skillsLocation: Gurugram
