Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our quality assurance efforts. As a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of professionals in defining and implementing quality standards and best practices.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to the QA team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.Test Automation: Design and implement efficient test automation strategies for regression and performance testing, ensuring seamless integration with our Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir/NodeJS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes) ecosystems.Process Development: Establish and maintain robust QA processes, driving continuous improvement and streamlining our testing procedures.Requirements:A degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience is required.You should have at least 5 years of experience in QA, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, and BrowserStack is essential.This is an ideal opportunity for experienced QA engineers looking to take on a leadership role, technical leaders passionate about automation and process improvement, and remote work enthusiasts who thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
