Quality Assurance LeaderA senior quality assurance professional is needed to oversee testing processes and lead a distributed team for a cashback and rewards platform.The role involves defining quality strategies, creating test plans, and overseeing execution for web and mobile applications. Collaboration with product managers, project managers, and engineering teams ensures seamless delivery.The Quality Assurance Leader will manage offshore members, perform hands-on testing when required, and maintain high standards for test coverage. They will also drive continuous improvement through standardized QA processes and best practices.Main Responsibilities:Create quality assurance strategies, design test plans, and oversee execution for web and mobile apps.Collaborate closely with product managers, project managers, and engineering teams to ensure efficient delivery.Track and report quality metrics, analyze trends, and identify root causes of issues.Manage a team of QA engineers (approx. 5–7), including test case design, progress tracking, and review of deliverables.Perform hands-on testing when required and maintain high standards for test coverage.Lead a small QA team and ensure effective communication and performance.Drive continuous improvement through standardized processes and best practices.Prepare regular reports and communicate results to stakeholders.About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned quality assurance professional to take on a leadership role and shape the future of our testing processes.
