Drive Digital Excellence in Luxury JewelryWe're seeking a highly skilled Digital Merchandiser to revolutionize the online shopping experience for our luxury jewelry brand. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive business growth through data-driven optimization and innovative strategies.Key Responsibilities:Customer Experience & Site Merchandising• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize the online customer journey, focusing on conversion, storytelling, and intuitive navigation.• Manage site taxonomy to ensure products are categorized correctly and strategically, enhancing product discovery and maximizing engagement.• Create and manage a comprehensive site calendar to align activities and execute ecommerce efforts timely.• Oversee and ensure product listing quality by reviewing assets and making necessary corrections with help from merchandising team.Data-Driven Optimization & Reporting• Use analytics tools to measure site performance, customer interactions, and merchandising effectiveness, providing actionable insights for optimization.• Drive A/B testing and data analysis to continuously improve product recommendations, upselling, cross-selling, and overall site performance.• Own site WBR highlighting key performance indicators, opportunities for growth, and actionable insights to enhance the customer journey.The Ideal CandidateWe're looking for a talented professional with a strong background in digital merchandising, ecommerce, or a related field, preferably within luxury goods and/or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. The ideal candidate should possess:• Strategic & Analytical skills: Skilled at interpreting web metrics and consumer insights to drive key merchandising decisions.• Customer-Obsessed mindset: Prioritizes the customer's journey, optimizing site navigation and product discovery for seamless experiences.• Aesthetic Sensibility: Possesses a deep appreciation for visual appeal and design, ensuring the site's aesthetics and product displays reflect the premium nature of our fine jewelry.• Collaborative spirit: Thrives in cross-functional environments, working with multiple teams to execute cohesive and compelling ecommerce strategies.• Detail-Oriented approach: Has a keen eye for ensuring product pages, categorization, and merchandising assets are accurate and optimized.• Performance-Driven attitude: Experienced in using A/B testing and data analytics to drive measurable improvements in site performance.
