Job Overview Lead solution design and delivery execution for data, analytics and AI programs across Clinical, Commercial and Medical Affairs domains. Provide architectural leadership, guide engineering teams and ensure high-quality, compliant delivery for pharma clients. Required Skills and Qualifications Design end-to-end data platform architectures with scalable solutions on leading cloud platforms using best-practice patterns. Create data models and integrate pharma datasets (EDC, CTMS, IRT, CRM, 3PL, claims, hub, dispense etc). Produce solution blueprints, architecture diagrams and implementation roadmaps. Lead technical delivery across multiple engagements and conduct design reviews. Ensure adherence to Data governance, Security & Compliance and oversee operational support activities. Benefits Contribute reusable assets, frameworks and best practices for the practice. Bring practical knowledge of AI/ML or GenAI to enhance solution offerings. Identify opportunities and design solutions where AI can improve insights, automation or workflow efficiency.
