The role involves overseeing HR operations, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, facilitating training and development initiatives, and maintaining employee records. You will also be responsible for supporting employee engagement programs, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and fostering clear and effective communication within the organization.Must Have Knowledge about ZOHO PEOPLE.QualificationsExpertise in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and Human Resource OperationsProficiency in Training & Development, particularly in employee growth and skill enhancement initiativesStrong Communication skills for effective collaboration and interaction across teamsDetail-oriented and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee recordsUnderstanding of employment laws and regulations is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
