Role Requirements
Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of technology systems and networks.
Manage IT staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
Maintain high levels of IT service delivery and promptly address technical issues or challenges.
Monitor and manage IT budgets, controlling costs while aligning with organizational goals.
Collaborate with various departments to understand technology needs and ensure effective solutions.
Implement and uphold cybersecurity measures and data protection in accordance with regulations.
Analyze user feedback and technical performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Plan and execute IT initiatives to support business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain relationships with technology vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure resource availability.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive IT developments, adapting strategies as needed.
Prepare and present regular reports on IT performance, projects, and advancements.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and skill development.
